“Rethinking Law, Institutions and Politics in Advancing Partnership for Sustainable ASEAN Community”
Sub-theme:
(1) research on law and institution of ASEAN in general or in particular field (e.g., security, human rights, business, environment, disaster, humanitarian assistance, immigration, intellectual property and so on) that is reflecting the process of ASEAN integration;
(2) research on law and institution between ASEAN and another region (e.g., ASEAN+3, APEC, TPP and so on.);
(3) research on the impact brought by deepening ASEAN integration on law and institution of each member state;
(4) research applying a non-conventional method of legal study (socio-legal, network theory and so on) to ASEAN integration.
